FROM 100% PHYSICAL TO 100% DIGITAL

Strategiemakers work physically with customers on site. In multinational organisations we have the capability to  organize sessions in real life on customer location to train teams, develop new business models and build local innovation capabilities.

Strategiemakers work in hybrid set up, partially physical and partially digital, with teams and customers across the globe.  Based on the needs, locations and exceptional circumstances, we create an approach fit to the needs and possibilities.

Strategiemakers works 100% digital with a wide range of tools. As we work a lot with international remote teams, we have a lot of experience in online sessions where teams work as if they are physically together to build new innovation capabilities.

Developing a new strategy in five online sessions

We developed a new strategy with one of our clients, Skretting. We used an online whiteboard (Mural) to facilitate collaboration between the Netherlands and Norway.
During a period of five days we facilitated online different plenary and break-out sessions.

Remote coaching of innovation teams

We coached two distributed innovation teams of one of our clients, Trouw Nutrition. Both teams had six different nationalities, from all over the world. We facilitated online sessions, using an online whiteboard (Mural) in order to develop and validate new propositions together.

Kick-off and coaching of the agile way of working

For the kickoff of the agile transition of a department of L’Oréal we simultaneously facilitated and coached the session in the Netherlands and Belgium supported by video. Through online sessions we defined and aligned the goals of the project.
